DESCRIPTION:As we no longer have the booking at the Orange Tree due to cancellation by the company that now owns them (See This Blog Post)\, we have decided to change the venue and still have the meetup. PLEASE tell us via Discord\, Telegram or Facebook if you are planning on coming and did not vote on the original poll for the date of meetup\, as this is how I will be working out if we have everyone. \nPrices for Adventure Golf can be found here at here. It’s also worth noting that there is a 2£ deposit for the lockers\, so make sure to bring some cash. \nThe new plan for this weekend is for us to meet up outside the entrance to The Lost City Adventure Golf at archway for 15 minutes at 12p m. After 15 minutes there will hopefully be enough people around for anyone turning up late to find our group\, while I go and ask the staff of Adventure Golf if we can sit down at the venue’s bar until 1 pm or we have everyone we know about. \nIf we are not allowed to wait in the venue’s bar we will wait at the bottom of the steps to theAdventure Golf until we have everyone. \nAfter Adventure Golf\, depending on how people feel\, we could have an ad hoc meal at a restaurant/pub\, or just hang around the venue’s bar. \nIf you have any questions about the updated plans\, please don’t be afraid to ask.\nThe plan for the February meetup is to hang around The Orange Tree pub\, on Shakespeare Street in Nottingham\, and catch up with members. \nWe have the conference room (the one at the back of the pub with the big table in the middle) booked for 12 PM to 6 PM as it has adequate table space for people who enjoy playing card and table top games. For example\, we have regular games of TSSSF (Twilight’s Super Secret Shipfic)\, MLP CCG\, and Tails of Equestria (a Pen and Paper RPG) at the meetup. \nIt is also close to the Victoria Shopping Centre so if anyone wants to do some shopping during the meet\, you won’t have far to go \nThe Lost City Adventure Golf
