SUMMARY:Trottinghamshire April Meetup (28/04/2024) @ Emett Clock ➡️ The Dice Cup
DESCRIPTION:The plan for the 28th of April meetup differs from the last one. This is because the playwright has started taking deposits if we want to book in advance. Unfortunately\, the amount requested was far too excessive. This is why for all foreseeable meetups\, we will be having the meetups at  The Dice Cup.  \nThis time around\, we will also be having a pre-meet at the far end of Victoria Shopping Centre\, starting at the Emett Clock on the second floor\, at 11 AM to go around the Victoria Centre for both shopping and eating. The clock is next to the Mankind shop near the shopping centre’s entrance nearest to car park  [Click here for said entrance on google maps] \nAs far as the plan for the main meetup\, we have booked a table at The Dice Cup cafe on Mansfield Road\, a 2-minute walk from Nottingham Victoria Bus Station between 12 PM and 6 PM.  It’s 6£ pounds to play the Dice Cup games\, or 2£ pounds if you are not going to play any of the Dice Cup’s games. There will be people at the meetup with their own games\, so it should not be a problem if you don’t want to play the Dice Cup’s games (or any games). It has adequate table space for people to play cards and board games. Some of the games we have played in the past are: \n\nTSSSF (Twilight Sparkles’ Secret Shipfic Folder)\nTails of Equestria (a Pen and Paper RPG)\nMLP CCG at the meetup.\nUno (Including the Wild Card Version)\n\nIf playing tabletop games is not your thing\, then there will be plenty of people at the meetup who you can hang out with and socialise. As mentioned\, It is also close to the Victoria Shopping Centre\, so if anyone wants to do some shopping during the meetup\, you won’t have far to go.  \nPlease be aware that the Dice Cup does have restricted menu options for snacks due to its Vegan policy.
