DESCRIPTION:The voting for the new venue of the March Trottinghamshire Meetup is now closed and has been booked. The meetup starts at 12 pm in The Arboretum Cafe\, then after 35 minutes we will head over to The Castle Pub and Function Room\, where we have a table booked for between 1 PM to 6 pm. \nBecause we are holding the meetup at a new venue there is a few things to note: \n1) Due to the expected numbers coming to the meetup\, the owner of the The Castle Pub has requested that people order food in advance from the menu provided below. If you plan on having food at the pub\, please use the form on this event page to order food. \n2) If for whatever reason that the The Arboretum Cafe is busy\, wait near the entrance of the The Arboretum. \n3) The Castle Pub and Function Room is about five minutes away from forbidden planet.
