The date for the December meetup has been chosen, a table at the Dice Cup has been booked, and the voting is now closed. December‘s meetup will be on Saturday, the 7th of December. This date was picked because it was the most popular day and gave people the most notice.
Please note, that this meetup start time (2 pm) will differ, as we will also be going for a Christmas dinner at the Bistrot Pierre restaurant in Nottingham (down the road from the Dice Cup) at 12PMMidday .
The meals will cost £27.95 for 2 courses or £31.95 for 3 courses. This will require booking in advance, and a deposit to be paid so we will be asking all those interested in joining us for this lovely meal to contact either Starlight Flux or Miles (via Discord, Telegram, or Facebook) to put your name down by the 23rd of this month.
After this we will then be in contact with you to get your deposit and also details of your preferred meals which you will have to choose in advance (though by a slightly later date than the deposit). The menu for the Bistrot Pierre can be found online here.
