The plan for the 7th of December meetup is to have a table at The Dice Cup, on Mansfield Road(a 2-minute walk from Nottingham Victoria Bus Station) between 2:30 PM and 7 PM. This meetup is starting later because some members are attending a Christmas meal (booked about a month ago as part of the planing of this meetup) that starts at 12 pm.
It’s £6 pounds to play the Dice Cup games, or £3 pounds if you are not going to play any of the Dice Cup’s games. There will be people at the meetup with their own games, so it should not be a problem if you don’t want to play the Dice Cup’s games (or any games). It has adequate table space for people to play cards and board games. Some of the games we have played in the past are:
TSSSF (Twilight Sparkles’ Secret Shipfic Folder)
Tails of Equestria (a Pen and Paper RPG)
MLP CCG at the meetup.
Uno (Including the Wild Card Version)
If playing tabletop games is not your thing, then there will be plenty of people at the meetup who you can hang out with and socialise. As mentioned, It is also close to the Victoria Shopping Centre, so if anyone wants to do some shopping during the meetup, you won’t have far to go.
Please be aware that the Dice Cup has restricted snack menu options due to its Vegan policy. If you require your own food, you will not be allowed to eat/drink it on-site.
Also, there willnot be a pre-meetup for this meetup because of the aforementioned Christmas meal, so if you are not coming to the meal and you want something other than what the Dice Cup offers, you will have to find alternative arrangements for food.
The date for the January meetup has been chosen, a venue has been booked, and the voting is now closed. January‘s meetup will be on Saturday, the 5th of January. This date was picked because it was the most popular day and gave people the most notice.
I will post the details of the meetup in the event section of our website later.

Please note, that this meetup start time (2 pm) will differ, as we will also be going for a Christmas dinner at the Bistrot Pierre restaurant in Nottingham (down the road from the Dice Cup) at 12PMMidday .
The meals will cost £27.95 for 2 courses or £31.95 for 3 courses. This will require booking in advance, and a deposit to be paid so we will be asking all those interested in joining us for this lovely meal to contact either Starlight Flux or Miles (via Discord, Telegram, or Facebook) to put your name down by the 23rd of this month.
After this we will then be in contact with you to get your deposit and also details of your preferred meals which you will have to choose in advance (though by a slightly later date than the deposit). The menu for the Bistrot Pierre can be found online here.

Also note, it would be very helpful if you are certain that you are coming to the after-meet, for you to RSVP to this event by using the form below, as it could result in you being turned away because we weren’t able to book the correct a number of tables.
