The date for the January meetup has been chosen, a venue has been booked, and the voting is now closed. January‘s meetup will be on Sunday, the 25th of January. This date was picked because, this is the only day that the Dice Cup had free, it was the and gave people the most notice.
Unfortunately, we was not able to book the most popular day, or the Second choice because of a Magic CCG Pre-Release and other events happening at the time. In future, I will factor said pre-relases in to account when setting the days for the poll.
I will post the details of the meetup in the event section of our website later.

Table with results. Sunday, 25th of January is picked because of clashes with other events at the Dice cup.
The date for the December meetup has been chosen, and the voting is now closed. December‘s meetup will be on Sunday, the 14th of December. This date was picked because it was the most popular day and gave people the most notice.
Please note, that this meetup start time will differ, as we will also be going for a Christmas Dinner at a restaurant in Nottingham. This is additional to the usual Pre-Meetup at the Christmas Market.
Further Details about the Pre-Meetup and Christmasdinner will be announced via Discord, Telegram, or Facebook. I will also post the details of the meetup in the event section of our website later, when all planning is complete.
The plan for the 18th of October meetup is to have a table at The Dice Cup, on Mansfield Road(which is a 2-minute walk from Nottingham Victoria Bus Station) between 1 PM and 7 PM.
It’s £6 pounds to play the Dice Cup games or £3 pounds if you are not going to play any of the Dice Cup’s games. There will be people at the meetup with their own games, so it should not be a problem if you don’t want to play the Dice Cup’s games (or any games). It has adequate table space for people to play cards and board games. Some of the games we have played in the past are:
TSSSF (Twilight Sparkles’ Secret Shipfic Folder)
Tails of Equestria (a Pen and Paper RPG)
MLP CCG at the meetup.
Uno (Including the Wild Card Version)
If playing tabletop games is not your thing, then there will be plenty of people at the meetup who you can hang out with and socialise. As mentioned, It is also close to the Victoria Shopping Centre, so if anyone wants to do some shopping during the meetup, you won’t have far to go.
Please be aware that the Dice Cup has restricted snack menu options due to its Vegan policy. If you require your own food, you will not be allowed to eat/drink it on-site. This is one of the reasons we have a pre-meet.
This time around, we will also have a pre-meet at the far end of Victoria Shopping Centre, starting at Muffin Break (Near Ed’s Easy Diner’s old location) on the second floor at 12 PM to go around the Victoria Centre for shopping and eating.
The date for the November meetup has been chosen, a venue has been booked, and the voting is now closed. November‘s meetup will be on Saturday, the 15th of November. This date was picked because it was the most popular day and gave people the most notice.
